The state creates the same LLC in each path. The difference is who prepares the filing, what setup work is included and whether you receive advice tailored to your facts.
File directly with the state
Pay the state filing fee and prepare the filing yourself. You remain responsible for the name check, registered agent, formation document, operating agreement, EIN and post-approval work.
